當一個人成熟，他會帶領另一個人成熟。When one person matures, they help another mature.
當一個家庭成熟，它會祝福另一個家庭。When one family matures, it blesses another family.
當一個社區成熟，它會轉化另一個社區。When one community matures, it transforms another community.
當一個世代成熟，它會差派下一個世代。When one generation matures, it sends the next generation.

Vision Statement
我們看見一個世界，We see a world where人們不再被困在只有自己的 Reality 裡，people are no longer trapped inside a reality where theirs is the only one,而是透過耶穌這道路走回與天父重建的依戀關係，but through Jesus—the way—walk back into a rebuilt attachment with the Heavenly Father,開始看見自己以外的 Reality，and begin to see realities beyond their own,從 me 走向 us，moving from me to us,從 us 走向 WE，from us to WE,成為能在基督裡培育、連結、差派下一代的成熟生命。becoming mature lives who, in Christ, can nurture, connect, and send the next generation.

在基督裡彼此連結connecting in Christ
我們學習在基督和他人不同的 Reality 中彼此連結，一起培育下一代，成熟的生命開始倍增。We learn to connect across the differing realities of Christ and others, together nurturing the next generation, and mature lives begin to multiply.
me2us2WE 的信念 · The Conviction
世界最大的問題不是知識不足，
而是人常活在只有自己 Reality 的世界裡。The world’s deepest problem is not a lack of knowledge, but that we so often live inside a reality where ours is the only one.
所以真正的成熟不是知道更多，而是能夠看見更多。So true maturity is not knowing more—it is being able to see more.
透過耶穌這道路走回與天父重建的依戀關係，比知識更重要。This path through Jesus—to rebuild our attachment with the Heavenly Father—is more important than knowledge.
因為當一個人重新連結天父，他才走得出只有自己的 Reality；Because when a person is reconnected to the Father, only then can they move beyond a reality where theirs is the only one;當他看見別人的 Reality，就從 me 走向 us。and when they see another’s reality, they move from me to us.當一群成熟的生命彼此連結，WE 就誕生了。When a community of mature lives connect with one another, WE is born.
沒有主角，只有不同職分。我們都在同一個身體裡，承接不同的角色，正如哥林多前書所說的。There is no main character—only different roles. We each carry a different role within the same body, just as Corinthians describes.

我們當中有人跨過文化的門檻往前走，進入新的族群、新的城市、新的社群，成為一起探路的人。Some of us cross cultural thresholds and go—into new peoples, new cities, new communities—becoming those who find the way together.
我們當中有人不是金主，而是持續托住的人——禱告、關懷、資源、家庭支持、危機相伴。我們在後方扶住繩子，前方才走得遠。Some are not financiers but those who keep holding the rope—prayer, care, provision, family support, presence in crisis. We hold the rope behind, so the ones ahead can go far.
神把萬民帶到我們的家門口——國際學生、新移民、外籍工作者、來到城裡的人。我們用接待與關係搭起連結。God brings the nations to our doorstep—international students, new neighbors, workers from afar, those who arrive in our city. We build connection through welcome and relationship.
我們當中有人一直在問：「神還在預備哪些人？誰該被成全？誰該進入下一段路？」我們是喚醒者、連結者，幫助同伴找到自己被呼召的位置。Some of us keep asking: “Whom is God still preparing? Who is ready to be matured? Who is ready for the next stretch of the road?” We awaken and connect, walking alongside others as they find the place they are called to.
你們要先求祂的國和祂的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.馬太福音 · Matthew 6:33
